Wynants Software & Solutions attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data and your privacy. In this privacy policy we explain clearly which data we process, why we do so and what rights you have. We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Belgian privacy legislation.

Depending on your interaction with us, we process the following categories of data:

• Contact details. Name, email address, phone number and company name when you fill in our contact form or contact us directly.
• Request and project data. Company website, a description of your business and of the challenges you wish to discuss with us, when you request an analysis or quote.
• Newsletter data. Your email address when you subscribe to our newsletter.
• Technical data. Limited technical information needed to keep the website working securely and correctly, such as log files from our hosting environment.

We do not collect data we do not need, and we do not ask you to provide sensitive data that is not relevant to the collaboration.

We use your data solely for clearly defined purposes:

• Answering your questions and following up on your requests.
• Drawing up proposals and delivering our services.
• Managing the relationship with you as a client or prospect.
• Sending our newsletter, if you have subscribed to it.

Data of prospects that does not lead to a collaboration is deleted or anonymised as soon as it is no longer relevant. You can always request that your data be deleted earlier.

We never sell your data. We only share your data with service providers who help us deliver our services, for example for hosting or email, and only to the extent necessary. We make the necessary arrangements with these processors regarding confidentiality and security. We aim to process your data within the European Economic Area.

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Data sovereignty is a core principle of how we operate: in our projects we aim to ensure that our clients' data remains under their control and is processed within Belgium or the European Economic Area.
